Hello everyone, Hoping you can help with this. We have an end-user who was previously running on windows 7 / outlook 2013. He had reoccurring skype meetings set up in his outlook calendar that had some information about the meeting and the skype link for the meeting. We have since migrated this user to windows 10 / outlook 2016 (office 365).
All of his reoccurring meetings migrated over with the skype link missing. I checked his add-ons and skype is showing there. If he creates a new meeting, the information holds. We have had no other users experience this issue. We have checked our exchange server to see if something went a little wonky when we migrated him but, everything looks the same. We also have the GoToMeeting add-in as well that we use to work with vendors outside of our organization.
I don't believe this would have anything to do with the missing skype links as I have reoccurring meetings in my calendar that did not get affected to my migration to windows 10. Thanks a lot everyone! Hi Jsalomone, First please check if the Skype meeting link can appear in Outlook on the web, if so, use Outlook on the web as a workaround. Regarding the issue itself, please perform following troubleshooting steps to investigate it.
Create a new recurring meeting and check if the issue persists. If it works normally, the issue should be related to the old meeting entries. Try to repair the data file by using tool.
